TRAINING OFFICER (PTRO)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of age: 25 years old
• S1 in Management / Psychology from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 2,75
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences in training
• Detail oriented, good analytical skill
• Has good computer skills (MS Office)
• Be in a team player, but able to work independently
• Able to work well in under pressure working environment

Recruitment Administrator (PRAD)

Qualifications:
Gender: MALE / FEMALE

• Minimum of age: 24 years old
• Min. 1 year of working experiences in Recruitment function
• Diploma or Bachelor degree from reputable university, with minimum GPA of 2,75 (prefer from Management / Accounting)
• Detail oriented
• Has good computer skills (MS Office)
• Be in a team player, but able to work independently
• Able to work well in under pressure working environment

Technology Operations Lead (ITOL)

Qualifications:

• Age min 30 years old
• S1 in Technology related area (System Information, Computer Science) with min. GPA 3.00
• Min. 8 years of working experiences, with 2 years in supervisory or managerial position
• In-depth knowledge of managing an IT support operation
• Understands application and infrastructure upgrade approaches
• Understands office systems and procedures
• Strong leadership skills
• Honest, fast learner and creative
• Excellent time management skill
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skill
• Able to work as a part of the team
• Willing to work under time constraints
• Able to work under pressure and multitask
• Good command in English

RECRUITMENT OFFICER (PRCO)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of age: 22 years old
• S1 in Management / Psychology from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 2,75
• Minimum 1 year of working experiences in Recruitment function
• Detail oriented, good analytical skill
• Has good computer skills (MS Office)
