Store & Operational Manager
Jakarta Utara (Jakarta Raya), Surabaya (Jawa Timur), Tangerang (Banten)

Responsibilities: 

1. Responsible on the day to day operation of  store
2. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints
3. Providing excellent service to customers leading to a direct increase in sales revenue within an image conscious environment where teamwork, trust, respect and care for each other are key factors

Requirements:

• Male/ Female, max 30 years old
• Minimum education is Diploma III / Bachelor Degree ( S1 )
• Able to work on retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Having experience minimum 2 years in retail industry, experience in Supervisory or Managerial role would be an advantage (experience in Sport or Apparel would be an advantage)
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Must be hands on, resourceful, result oriented, and strong in teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability maintaining the team
• 5 Full-Time position
