Sales Supervisor
Bali, Jawa Timur

Responsibilities: 

• As a member of the area sales team provide insight to area manager on business opportunities and competition in the area and provide a periodical sales forecast to area manager
• Develop and implement an area trade coverage plan and coordinate implementation of the brand and trade programs and route planning for area, to ensure fulfillment of objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume, margin, product quality and customer price in the area
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate the sales force team in area on availability, visibility, volume, margin, product quality and customer prices, etc
• Ensure right organization, capacity, capability and motivation of the sales force in the area and ensure compliance to company policies

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
