Responsibilities:
- Should understand the nature of the business as well as the competition perfectly (accurate SWOT analysis)
- Build a concept of how to expand sales volume and profit efficiently
- Leading a solid sales team
- Identifying the way competitors operate and knows how to handle the competition
- Builds loyal and valuable customer base
- Analyzing and modifying related aspects and methods that might affect sales
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Maximum 35 years of age
- Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
- Knows how to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and e-mail (Microsoft Outlook)
- Full-Time position(s) available.
