Data and Contact Center

Requirements:

• Male
• Single, age max. 28 year
• D3/S1 majoring in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Informatics
• Having good skill in Data Center, DRC, IT Governance, IT Operation, Backup, Recovery Solution, RTO, RTR.
• Having good skill in Contact Center, Windows Server, Windows Client, Network, Desktop, Application (SAP, CRM, SMS, Magic, etc.)
• Having 2-3 years working experience in the same field.
• Fluent communication in English both oral and written
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable working directly with clients.
• Highly self-motivated with a confident, “do the right thing” attitude.
• Willing to travel to other cities in Indonesia.
• Candidates must be live in Surabaya or Sidoarjo

System Analyst

Requirements:

• Male
• Age max. 28 year
• Single
• D3/S1 majoring in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Informatics
• Having good skill in (dot) net, Java, PHP, MS SQL, MYSQL, Design System, Architect, protocol design.
• Having good skill in programming; coding, technical unit test.
• Having 2-3 years working experience in the same field.
• Fluent communication in English both oral and written
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable working directly with clients.
• Highly self-motivated with a confident, “do the right thing” attitude.
• Willing to travel to other cities in Indonesia.
• Candidates must be live in Surabaya or Sidoarjo
