As a cosmetic centre, Jayanata provides a variety of International Cosmetics and Perfume Brands. And Also operates jf. Lazartigue Hair Studio (The famous hair care from Paris) in Surabaya and Jakarta. As A leading cosmetic distributor company is looking for a qualified & highly motivated person for the following position :

Event & Promotion Coordinator -Surabaya
Surabaya (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate details of events such as conferences, open house, sales meetings, business meetings, events and various events.
• Calculate budgets and ensure they are adhered to.
• Select chefs or catering companies to prepare food for event.
• Visit venue to plan layout of seating and decorations.
• Schedule speakers, vendors, and participants.
• Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Initiates, coordinates and/or participates in all efforts to publicize event.
• Edit and design promotional materials.
• Negotiate and secure event space.
• Secure sponsorships.
• Work with printer and designer to develop event invitations.
• Create invitee list.
• Send out invitations and manage RSVP list.
• Manage correspondence.
• Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
• Keep inventory of backdrops, projectors, computers, and other display materials.

Requirements:

• Female, age maximum 30 years old
• Good Looking
• Holding at least D3 degree from reputable university
• Having experience as in the same field for at least 2 year
• Flexible, Dinamic, Dicipline, able to work in a team and willing to work over hours
