Morra is a web and mobile development company, located in Surabaya.

We work together with creative people and agencies located in Jakarta, United States and possibly anywhere else in the world, in developing web and mobile applications.

 

At any given time, we are handling multiple projects at the same time, which require someone professional to bridge the communications between the internal team and the clients.

The person is also responsible in the final project delivery, to ensure meeting the company quality standards and quality check requirements.

The following is our current job opening:

Account Executive
Jawa Timur - Surabaya

Responsibilities:

• Bridging the communication between internal team (sales, designer and developer) to clients
• Ensuring that the application is finished, and in accordance to client specification
• Prepare project description and assignment breakdown
• Manage support tickets and progress report
• Perform functional/technical test scenarios on software and applications
• Perform visual UI/UX inspections
• Report to project manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree.
• No specific academic major required. Preferably in computer science, informatics engineering, information system, industrial engineering or visual communications.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle.
• Detail oriented and precise.
• Willingness to understand business process in various industries.
• Excellent in English both verbal and written (business writing).
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Able to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skill and people person.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya
