SUPERVISOR WAREHOUSING

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible in managing functions in warehouse including incoming/outgoing issues of all materials to maintain the regular operations
• Controlling purchase quantity according to yearly consumption of materials to enhance cost efficiency and sufficient goods supply
• Coordinate purchase material, follow up source delivery trucks and control delivery schedule in time delivery to fulfill customer needs
• Continuously monitor and improve material storing, count stock of all materials and adjust stocks to prevent quality failure
• Provide accurate and on-time reports such as stock adjustment report, inventory report, stock analysis report, etc. for management analysis and following up

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above Major in Material management, Finance, Business Administration or other related course is preferred
• Three years working experience in Warehouse management is required
• Knowledge in warehouse management system is preferred
• Must have a background in doing reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
• Good English communication skill both written and oral
• Location : Surabaya
